Extremely Long Loading Times

Ever since Thursday (7/4), I've had extremely long loading times when I've tried to open and play SIms 4. It takes 20 minutes from the time I try to open the game until I get to the main menu. Same if I try to load into my game; it takes about 5 minutes to get to the world map and then at least 15 minutes for it to load into the game so I can play it. Everything lags a lot also.

I tried the various solutions I knew of and that were posted online to try to fix the problem. I've tried repairing the game through Origin, deleting my save files and mods, uninstalling origin and reinstalling it, resetting Sims 4 to factory defaults, clearing the caches for Origin, defragging my SSD, updating the drivers on my computer, updating Windows, uninstalling all of the programs that I haven't be using. Nothing has fixed the problem. My last resort is to try to uninstall the sims and then reinstall it, but it's going to take days for it to redownload so I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that. I've attached the DxDiag file incase anyone can find anything in there that could help. I'm not sure what to do since it was working perfectly fine before Thursday and I didn't add anything to my computer or change any of my settings.

OK the generic Intel driver does not work and since Acer have not updated their driver and probably never will you can't get any further there.

Try setting Origin in offline mode and make sure that the computer is not connected to the internet (turn off WiFi). Start the game and see if that makes a difference,

Make sure that Graphics is set to low and that laptop mode is enabled in Game Options.
