Ok so, every time I go to upload some content to the Gallery on The Sims 4, I also try to share it on Facebook. However, every time I try to it says "Facebook service unavailable". I chatted with an advisor and he sent me here to ask. It tells me I have to share on the Gallery first, which I always do, but then it still won't let me share on Facebook. Is there a problem with the game or is it my connection? Please let me know ASAP! Thanks.
I've never gotten Facebook to work for me in The Sims. So I don't know. I'll ask in the Helpers corner.
Facebook sharing worked fine for me in the beginning. About a month or 2 ago it wouldn't allow me to change the sharing status of the post to "public", even though I would change it from "just friends" to "public" before sharing the creation. After the update before the most recent one, the connect to facebook icon has been greyed out, and when I hover over it to try to connect it says what the title of this thread says. I haven't been able to find a solution to this problem, and came to the forums to ask for help on the same thing.
The problem seems to have gotten worse since the last update. When ever I start the game I have trouble logging on to the Sims 4 site. I will wait and wait and then it will say "you are offline." I click there to go online and it just spins and spins, I have to restart the game over and over until it will finally connect me so I can view the current gallery things. I do have a couple mods and a few CC items, I took those out and still the same problem. (Edited because I noticed I put Sims 3 instead of Sims 4. Whoops)

Yes I can share my creations from there to facebook now. Thank you! Do you know why it's not working in game?
Thanks for linking to that thread EuphorialQueen. I see it's not just a problem for me, heh. I don't care about sharing achievements. So happy that I can share my creations now. Even it if isn't in the game, and I have to go to a different page to make it work.
