"Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End"

I'm trying to play sims 4, it was working yesterday and then I went to play today and it's not working. I've tried many solutions such as:
Clearing cache, going to properties and running EA as admin through EAdesktop.exe and then creating a desktop shortcut of that a launching EA, repairing the game, restarted the app, restarted my computer, restarted my wifi + unplugged the router for a minute, closed background apps, disabled all game-specific optimisations on my GPU software, check the server status and everything's online, disabled EA game overlay, removed Sims 4 folder and started up the game so it had to recreate the files. I have not updated my computer recently, I tried when no one was using the wifi but me, tried playing offline, nothings working.
Any solutions?
