For rent pack keeps disappearing

I've been having this issue for months where i repair the game, for rent shows up then if i was to quit then go back, the pack disappears. I've never had this issue with any pack before. Sometimes when i  start the game the pack will show up but the world is apparently not installed. Can anyone help? the pack is definitely located in the right place.

    Try deleting the pack data: the EP15 folder directly in The Sims 4 as well as the EP15 folder in \The Sims 4\Delta.  Repair the game and download the pack again.

    If this doesn't help, please list the location where you've installed the game.  Please also let me know where you bought For Rent, for example directly from EA or Steam or from a third party.
