Hey guys,
my game freezes randomly and i can‘t do anything about it. I repaired the game but it didn‘t help. I‘m playing and at some point it freezes i can‘t switch to another sim or leave the household or leave the game. The only solution is to restart my pc. As anyone the same problem?

Alxnasophxe Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does this still happen with the Mods folder removed? Please test if you haven't already.
If this save freezes with no mods or cc, please test a different save, for comparison's sake.
If the new save freezes too, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon with the other formatting buttons.
No i don‘t have any mods or cc. I tried a different save an older one and there was no Problem but i don‘t know if i havent played long enough in that save. Then i deleted the save i had the problems with and started a new one but with the same lot and sims idk if the issue lays there but it happend again.

You can try moving them, sometimes that will fix any glitches that might be related to the lot. If that doesn't work, try lowering your graphics settings in game. Also might check your graphics driver settings or for update. Hope you figure it out.

Tu peux les emménager dans une nouvelle maison, cela résoudra parfois les problèmes pouvant être lié au terrain. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, essayez de baisser ton paramètre graphique dans le jeu. Tu peux également vérifier les paramètres de ton pilote graphique ou effectuer une mise à jour. J'espère que tu auras résolu le problème.
Here i had the same issue before i uninstalled the game I do not believe in mods and it came with the last patch, it's not graphic issues and it has been reported by a bunch of people.
Did unistalled help? I considerd that too but i‘m not quite sure.

Good morning ☕So what i have done so far is this : At first i ran the base game along with only a handful of dlc's at the beginning. I ran the game without mods for awhile and then added a bunch of mods to see how the game was behaving having that kind of pressure and it worked smoothly so i added a few more dlc's and the game responded better then expected , Sure i had few minor glitches but it nothing heartbreaking that made the gaming experience feel less in any way 😌Today i will do my best to try out Lovestruck again( if there is time) and see how it pans out but i am already having a bad feeling about this already so.. yips.. :D I might have to add that i only did this test with one sim , i didn't add any toddles or pets and i ran the game offline at first ( i pulled the plug) . I wanted to read those logs for myself to check what was happening. I hope it gave some answers and i am hoping you guys are testing out different things so we can narrow down what is working and what is not working.🛠️ I hope you all will have wonderful morning 🌸
Alxnasophxe The problem could easily be the lot, so please test with a different one. If you really like this lot, you could try taking it apart, e.g. deleting one room at a time to see when/whether the issue goes away, which would then tell you where to look for problems. But it might be easier to just use a different build altogether.
