Frozen Loading Screen
This issue just started happening a couple of days ago. I have tried everything from restarting my computer to taking the computer all the way back to factory settings.

geminic0528 Did you restore any user content (saves, mods, etc.) after doing a factory reset? Have you downloaded any Gallery content since then? In other words, is there any content in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 other than what the game has generated on its own? If so, or if you're not sure, please move this Sims 4 folder to the desktop and try playing again.
If that doesn't help, or you didn't add back any content at all, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Nothing has worked so far.
