Hey People,
I have some Issues. I play Sims 4 now since September 2023 and since then i wasn't able to use cheat's (strg+shift+c) it just dont work. The EA team send me some websites to clean or safe boots my system configurations, but still it didn't work. i really love this game, but i cant use it the way i want. Maybe here i can find someone who can help me with this issues. i would appreciate every help.

If it opens but a specific cheat doesn't work, please list the exact cheat you're using.
Shouldn't you be using Ctrl+Shift+C to open the cheat menu?
300423AKANEYou probably have another program running in the background that's using that key-combination, which prevents The Sims 4 from knowing that you pressed it. Read the topic that puzzlezaddict linked for more information and help.
charmednmissouriAKANE is probably using a German keyboard. On the German keyboard, the English CTRL (Control) key is labeled as STRG (Steuerung means Control).
