Fullscreen Problem

The other day I put Sims 4 into Windowed mode so that I could multitask with it. However, this morning I put it back into Fullscreen mode, but the game is only running in the centre of the screen (there are two black spaces either side of the game). How can I sort this out?

P.S. I haven't messed with any settings as I don't want to make it worse.

  • When you go to your desktop and right click it you'll probably see 'screen resolution' when you click that a screen will come up.
When you look in there you'll see the resolution of your screen. Remember that.
Open Sims 4 go to the option menu. And choose for the resolution, the resolution your remembered or what comes as close.
Then save and see if that works.
