I take a sim from the gallery to make ti on my style. I change her traits, all of them. But when I was playing my sim had emotions/stats for the another sim from the gallery (she was bored because no dancing with the trait dance machine, but that trait was for the sim in the gallery, not from mine). All the traits were changed in the CAS, I didn't use mods or cheats.

Did you try with more than one Sim ?
I mean it's possible that the trait was removed and then put back and hence the bug manifested (as there's a known issue with this if you use the edit in CAS cheat) before you downloaded the Sim.
I tried to duplicate this but I can't.
I downloaded a random Sim from the Gallery that had the dance trait and changed that in CAS. Never got the moodlet even though he didn't dance in many days.
I think the Sim you downloaded might already have had the bug from the cheat.
Can you try another one ?
