Gallery Locks/Crashes in Offline Mode

I've tested this twice now and am preparing to test it a third time.

The Gallery consistently locks up whenever I view a lot from My Gallery while playing offline. I've removed my entire Mods folder, started a new save, and reproduced the issue with both base game lots and DLC lots.

However, when I run the gallery online, I get more reliable use out of my own gallery.

I'm not sure what other information is needed from me but I do think that because I paid for the base game first release and have since spent a lot on DLC, I should be able to access my own locally stored files in my gallery.

I'll be happy to share any additional information and screenshot and even produce the issue as many times as needed... anything to help resolve the issue of using my gallery with my files on my desktop offline.

And for for clarity, I will not be reinstalling or updating my game. I'd appreciate troubleshooting that works within my current installation considering recent updates are still reported to have gallery issues. And again, the gallery is much more if not completely stable while online... So I would find it hard to understand this being a versioning issue...
