Gallery problems and red X icons after latest update

Hi everyone,

Since the latest Sims 4 update I’ve been having a lot of issues with the Gallery. I see red X icons on many builds, I can’t properly download or place houses, and I keep getting messages saying that items were removed.

I already tried repairing the game, removing all mods and CC, deleting cache files, clearing the EA App cache, and even testing with a completely fresh Sims 4 folder. I also tried moving Sims 4 out of OneDrive because I thought that might be causing conflicts, but the problem still happens even with no mods installed.

Is anyone else experiencing this after the new update, or does anyone know a possible fix?

    I have also been having this issue and noticed i can only use the gallery for about 30ish minutes before it tells me nothing could be found that matches my search. This has happened even when I have no keywords entered and I am just searching for lots or households. All this on a save made after the latest update.
