game broken after update
hello, today 02/02/25 i updated my game (28/01/ 25 update) and my game is completely broken (see photos below). i have all my gameplay and aesthetic mods uninstalled and i've restarted my game multip...
dabkwska Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just load the game and have a look around.
If any of these issues are still present, please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game: EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.
