4x53wf4cnpvz  If the game works fine as long as you don't have any mods installed, then the problem, or at least the immediate problem, is something in your Mods folder.  So you'll need to test that content.  The 50/50 method can make the process a lot more efficient:

    https://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Finding_Problem_Custom_Content#The_50.25_Method

Having said that, your dxdiag shows that your computer's page file is also unnecessarily small, and the breakpoint errors in your screenshot and your dxdiag (lots of them) could be caused by the game running out of memory.  The page file is where excess data is stored that would normally be in RAM but doesn't fit, which is why it's relevant here.  So please increase the page file size, as described here (option one):

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/77692-manage-virtual-memory-pagefile-windows-10-a.html#option1

Set the minimum to 12288 and the maximum to 16384, and restart your computer.

It's possible that your mods are actually fine but are demanding extra resources that the system can't supply, leading to the breakpoint error.  Or you could have a broken mod.  Point is, you can increase the page file size before testing your mods if you want, as that might fix the problem.
