game charged to my bank account but no game

i purchased the sims 4 with my debit card 3 days ago. EA charged my bank account $21 but decided to not send any confirmation email of my purchase, or add the game to my library. ive also checked my ...

It seems to be a connection issue then @cmcMCMXCIV1. I can see you have two accounts, could you make sure the game is not in this account instead of the first one you used?

        It's there now. Says it's completed, but I still haven't received an email with the product code/serial number
