EA StaffOk, @cmcMCMXCIV1, could you open this page and tell me if this is where you have checked the game is not showing?
- It's there now. Says it's completed, but I still haven't received an email with the product code/serial number

That's normal @cmcMCMXCIV1, the game is automatically added to your account, so you don't need an email with the code. If you log into Origin with the account where the game is in, you will find the game in your library and you will be able to download it 🙂
