Your dxdiag shows that your graphics driver is crashing, which is not a surprise given that it's from 2021. Please install the newest driver from Intel that's compatible with your processor and graphics chip:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
If you get a message that the driver is incompatible with your hardware (it's not, but sometimes the manufacturer blocks drivers from other sources), here's how to get around it:
