juita2cute​  Don't move back the old Sims 4 folder; there may be something inside causing the game to stop working.  Instead, add your mods to the new folder, either in batches or with the 50/50 method:

Once you've sorted through your mods and cc, you can transfer the contents of the old saves and Tray folders, pluse Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those.  The rest can be discarded.
