Game Crashes - Can't get past home page (No CC/Mods)

I installed the newest update yesterday and ever since I am unable to play the game. I can make it to the home page, it lags a little but I can get there. If I hit "Resume Game" it says error with the save file and crashes, if I hit "Load Game" I get the same message, and if I hit "New Game" the screen goes white and crashes. I've taken all mods and cc out so I know that's not the issue. 

I also removed the entire Sims 4 folder to restart the game fresh, that doesn't work, I get an error code stating not enough memory and it crashes. 

I don't care about getting save files back or anything, I just want to play the game.
