Game crashes after loading new world lots

This!!! almost exactly what happened to me, although it also happened before the latest fairy pack; tends to crash while managing worlds. The crash itself is reproducible; I tried 3 times. So here it is in chronological order:

1. Loaded my last save (successfully, nothing strange).
2. Manage worlds.
3. Opened gallery, went to other lot and placed residential lot from the gallery.
4. Went to another lot to manage household, evict, placed in different lot.
5. Tried to load my same household from the last save, went into loading screen, then crashed.

The only difference this time is the crash always created Waypoint Generator errors (situation_groupWalkingTrail_EP16World_Suburb_powerWalk_solo_npc).
