Neutral/Not Sure This is ridiculous it's been a month and I can't launch my game from steam or the EA App. Everytime I try to launch the game it immediately crashes and than reopens the EA app only to crash again and repeat the cycle over and over again.

@UberDrew1 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit. Game Crashes on Launch when using steam and/ the EA App

@UberDrew1 Your dxdiag shows that the EA App is crashing, so please uninstall it with Revo Uinstaller (the free version is fine), and download a fresh copy of the installer.

Please also install all of your Razer software. Razer Central is crashing too, plus a few different Razer apps have been known to interfere with Sims 4. It might be enough to uninstall and reinstall the apps, but please test Sims 4 without reinstalling.

if you are still around, i am having the exact same issue. i've done a clean install through both steam and EA and the problem keeps occurring. i've attached my dxdiag file below, any help is appreciated. thank you in advance!!
