NIGHT-XZ0 Are you getting BlueScreens while you play? There are quite a few listed in your dxdiag, but not enough context to tell when they happen. Some of them are related to the graphics driver though, so I'd suggest doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:
I also see that your page file is very large and almost all in use, or at least it was when you ran the dxdiag. That suggests you have a lot of background apps running, and it could also be why Sims 4 crashes—the game could be running out of memory despite your computer's substantial resources. The page file is where the processor stores data that would normally be in RAM but doesn't fit or isn't currently required, and you had 33 GB of data there at the time of the dxdiag.
Point is, try restarting your computer and closing background apps immediately before playing. If RAM use is still high, go through the Task Manager's background processes list closing anything that doesn't need to be running. The Task Manager will show you how much memory is in use overall, and it shouldn't be more than about 20% immediately after a restart and with nothing else open.
I've never seen any bluescreen during gameplay but yes, i do remember a lot of apps running during each instances. I've also cleaned installed my gpu drivers recently and yet it still happens so i'm not sure if its related to gpu.
