angelbabee784 When you say you reset your game, do you mean you moved or renamed the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? If so, did you add any content to the new folder before testing? It's critical to test a new folder without any of your old content, so please try this if you haven't already.
If this doesn't or didn't help, can you try a different network? For example, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home wifi, and connect to that. This test shouldn't use too much data, and if it helps, you'll know the problem is the connection and can troubleshoot that.
Please also let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS. This is the PC tech section, so I usually treat everything as if it were happening in Windows, but there have been Gallery crashing issues in macOS with known triggers, and I don't want to overlook anything.

I've had this problem when I got a new computer. I realized its because I have low memory on my computer. Its the basic. 8GB of memory. It's enough to run the game but with all the packs and some mods and CC I have, I noticed it will crash my game. So my solution was to get an external memory drive and put all of my non game documents on it. And I delete my save and use save as every 7 sim days. Or whenever I leave to do something, like go to the bathroom or eat if I'm playing a long session. And when I use the gallery, I do what I need to and then save as and end the game. Delete all the files that need to be deleted and restart the game.
