@pisco4869 Looks like they're all the same but they are all from May.
If you delete all those and load your family again, do you get a new file ?

I did delete all (I move it to desktop) and got the new "TS4" folder.
But still can't load my family, stuck at household load

@pisco4869 Do you get new crash logs is what I mean ? Would be good to have one for the newest patch.

@pisco4869 Hm, interesting. So it doesn't create crash files anymore despite the game still crashing
Can you try the following
- Open the game in Windowed Mode: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/02/start-game-in-windowed-mode/
- Open the task manager by pressing ctl-alt-delete and then choose task manager and make sure it's on the process tab
- Place the windows next to each other so you can see both
- Load the family you have issues with
- In the task manager, check how much RAM the game uses

forced-closed again
- crinrict5 years agoHero+@pisco4869 I see you're c drive is rather full. I'm guessing that's a main issue here. Windows also wants to update and fails
The game itself is also not updated. Seems you're still at 1.63 while we're currently at 1.75
I would suggest making room on your c drive.
Do you have your documents folder and your game on c or d ? - crinrict5 years agoHero+@pisco4869 Did you have any luck updating your game ?
