yanyiz Thanks for the dxdiag and crash info, which both show the type of Sims 4 error that often shows up on high-end Intel processors. A BIOS update can sometimes fix the issue, so please look for one for your motherboard. I can't tell what board you have from your dxdiag, but you can find the model name printed on the board itself as well as in other locations (including the documentation).
Google "[board name] drivers" and choose the Asus support page for your model. Your current BIOS version is 1656, so anything with a higher number would be newer.
If you don't find a newer version, or updating doesn't help, boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which will be somewhere in the Advanced settings. Asus boards sometimes call it something slightly different, but it should be there and should have Turbo in the name.
Separately, I see a lot of BlueScreens in your dxdiag. Are they happening while you're playing, or in some other specific context? They could also happen during what looks like a normal shutdown sequence, so you might miss them. But they're definitely happening. If you want help troubleshooting those, let me know.
