Glitched Screen

I was forced to wipe my game clean after dealing with issues thinking it was an issue on my end. 

I made a character just fine but as soon as I enter the lot and start my game. Everywhere I click is stuck to the screen.

It has been like this for the past few updates and I played this game to cope with my anxiety and depression
