LiChanHoffman Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does it help to remove the Mods folder? You don't need to save your progress; this is just a test.
If that doesn't help, or you use absolutely no mods or cc, please test a new save. Use fresh sims and place them on a blank or EA-made lot; don't use any content from the Gallery or your own library.
