Game crashing after placing lot.

I have been trying to build up a new save file, and after placing a lot I have from my gallery (Eilatan Conex P3) into Oasis Springs (Johnny Zest's lot), I go back to manage worlds and my game crashes. I took all mods and cc out of my game, but it continues to crash every time after waiting through the loading screen to go back to manage worlds. I've used the lot in many forms, with and without cc, always on the same lot. This is the first time I've tried placing the lot since the latest update.

@maiyeknight I tested the house and it crashes my game as well. Seems it's something about the house.

~~Will do some further testing to see if I can find something~~

EDIT: Narrowed the problem down to the fence you got at the border of the lot. If I remove that, the game doesn't crash

Thank you! I don’t know what changed, been playing this lot for months now, but I’ll fix it so I can continue! I greatly appreciate your help!

Did you edit the terrain recently? I flattened the terrain and it also stopped the crashing.

No, I haven’t changed a thing. The Nifty Knitting update changed something that’s causing the crash. I last played the lot about two weeks ago and it was still working just fine. I first built and played the lot in January. I hate to upload a fixed version, it’s already in my gallery three times - the original cc version I played, the cc free version, and P3 with the eco lifestyle additions - all three crashing games. I’m curious how many other properties are crashing games due to fences and terrain. Surely this isn’t the only one...
