SmallRussianAvo Are you using any custom content at all, and if so, did you try removing it? You don't need to save your progress, but this is an important test. Please confirm you've tested with no cc at all.
Separately, your computer's C drive is very low on space, almost low enough for it to start causing problems in general use. So please try moving some data to D, at least another 10-15 GB if you can.
If this doesn't help, try installing the newest graphics driver from Nvidia, which you can get here:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
Run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install. Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.

Ok i freed up like 20g of space and downloaded the driver still not working , will try the install thing tomorrow
