Game Crashing over and over again... Please help me save my save!

I really do not want to start over. I want to salvage my save, I would love to get the new expansion pack, but I want to do it on this save that I've invested hours and hours of my time achieving. I ...

gdover92​  Since you're getting some lag, I'd like to see a dxdiag, to see whether something on the system level needs to be addressed.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
