Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
EDIT: I followed the instructions for how to create a brand new game version & that seems to have fixed the issue I was having! 😁
It loaded into the main menu at least, which is what it didn't do before. Hoping it was just some error on my end from downloading the new patch. 🙏

Having the same issues, i updated everything and my game wont even load after the patch. what did you do to get it going again

I followed the steps to create a new game version. Just rename your Sims 4 folder to "Sims 4 Backup" or smth like that, then launch the game again which makes it create a new version of the game. You'll still have your saves & trays in the "backup" one, but launch the game WITHOUT them first & see if you get to the main menu. Just google "how to create new game version sims 4" & it'll give you the steps on how to do it 😊 I was able to get to the main menu after doing this at least. But only if I did it vanilla, I believe UI Cheats was broken unfortunately & likely some others too.
