NordicGingerSnap I looked over your log and can see that the system is crashing just as the GPU workload spikes, but not why. I asked for a second opinion too, and that person didn't see any reason for the crashing either, other than the GPU load itself, which of course shouldn't be a problem. There are also a couple weird readings with the CPU: core 3 is occasionally reporting that it's thermal throttling even though its temperature isn't anywhere near the max. This didn't happen near the time of the crash though, so it might be a reporting error or something unrelated.
Do you play other games, and if so, which ones? Does any reasonably-demading game work? If you don't have anything else installed, you could download the free 3DMark Demo from Steam and run Time Spy.
The bottom line is, I think you need to have this laptop examined in person, but it might not be fixable, at least not without spending more money than the laptop is worth. Hopefully there's a computer repair shop near you that would run diagnostics for free or a low price, so you could see what your options are.
In the interim, one thing you can try is running Sims 4 only on the iGPU. If this works (and I'm not sure it will), it would tank performance, but at least you'd be able to play. Open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings, click Browse, find TS4_x64 on the list, and choose the power-saving option. Then right-click the desktop, select the Nvidia Control Panel, choose Manage 3D Settings > Program settings, find TS4_x64, and choose the integrated graphics option. Sometimes it's enough to choose one of these options, but some players report needing to change both.

Yeah, it's really strange because I've played Baldur's Gate without any issues, and that's pretty demanding too. I did see that a lot of people are having issues with the newest Windows update too, so maybe that might be the issue? I'm not sure.
Thank you so much for taking the time to look everything over for me though! I really appreciate your help!
