TaylorKoryn I apologize for the late reply; I somehow missed your post.
The Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag point to a component of the VC++ runtimes, so it's a good idea to uninstall and reinstall yours. Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click the versions from 2015 or newer, and uninstall. Don't touch the older runtimes. You can get fresh copies of the newest ones here:

You only need the 2022 versions, both x86 and x64 but not the ARM version. Restart your computer after installing them and before trying to play.
And just in case it's relevant, please remove any custom content you have in addition to your mods. You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
