My game keeps crashing on me - sometimes before it can even load and others after about 15 minutes of game play. I am on Pc under the current build of the game, completely mod/cc free and am playing with all packs installed. The only thing I don't own are marketplace items.
This has been going on since the last update.
Here are details i left out.
Game version: 1.127.41.1030 DX11
System:
Windows 11
Intel i9-13980HX
RTX 4070 Laptop GPU
16 GB RAM
Current NVIDIA driver
Troubleshooting already completed:
Completely fresh Sims 4 user folder
No mods or CC
No old saves or Tray files brought back
Game repaired through EA App
NVIDIA driver updated
DISM completed successfully
SFC reported no integrity violations
Problems include:
Crashes on loading screens
Crashes during normal play
Sims becoming unresponsive
Visual/action desync
Issues occurring even in newly created saves
Llandros2012 Try playing in windowed mode.
If that doesn't help, try removing and reapplying these settings:

They're from a player with a different but similarly high-end Intel mobile processor.
I've had the same issue on 2 different computers
