Game crashing
My sims 4 game keep crashing when changing lots. I took all my modes out think it was that and it still didn't fix the issue after preparing the game

Tashaof3 To be clear, if you remove your entire Mods folder, the game still crashes? Does it crash when your sims travel to a new lot, or when you try to load a new lot in Build mode, or both? Does this happen with all lots or only some of them?
Please also provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
