My game does apparently not "stop" all the way whenever i close it and try to open it again through steam, i dont know if this is some type of system issue or what but whenever i tell it to stop it just goes stopping and i cannot play until i relaunch steam

Trentbaby96303 Do you see any processes in the Task Manager, including in the background processes list, that would correspond to Sims 4 or the EA App? The EABackgroundService is always still running for me after I close the EA App.

Trentbaby96303 So then that may be the issue. Kill the process and see whether that helps. You won't be doing any harm if the EA App itself is already closed.
