i can't get into the game, when i do it using ea or steam, it just takes me through a loop of the "preparing game..." window, and closing it. and after a while it gives me a saying something like "the servers took to long" on ea, but on steam, it give me this error "game running", the game files are validated to be fine, what am i doing wrong?!?!
@David2013Engilia If you've installed Sims 4 through Steam, you need to launch it through Steam. The "already running" error is a known issue with a number of potential causes and as many workarounds. Please try the suggestions in the first post of this thread:
