Hi, is it possible you have mods or cc installed that might be conflicting the game?
Try moving your Mods folder out of your map. Do this by going to:
Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Mods
Move the Mods folder anywhere if you want to keep the content in it, just move it temporary to your desktop. Try starting up the game again.
