For context I took out my trays,saves, screenshots,mods since one drive was messing up my game. Now this is all I have left some reason, I never took out anything else except the ones I listed.
Should I uninstall and reinstall the game? Any advice would be super helpful
LoneFox113 Please get rid of OneDrive, as described in the first post of this thread:

Launch the game again, and look for the new location of the Sims 4 folder. It should NOT say OneDrive in the file path anymore. Then find that new location and see what files show up.
