My game doesn't work in fullscreen mode it just freezes but the music keeps playing until the changes revert. The windowed mode is way too small to comfortably play on but switching it to full screen doesn't work. I don't have any CC or Mods.

Your dxdiag crashed while running and is therefore missing some potentially useful information. So I'd like to see a new one if the above doesn't help. But first, please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards. Then run the new dxdiag.
