Darkovika Let me know if you need more help. In that case, I'd also like to know whether the Sims 4 user folder is currently inside the OneDrive folder. That could cause the issue you've described: OneDrive struggles to sync your data and locks up access to the folder in the process. Then it resolves and you can play again. A Windows update could have fixed some underlying issue as well. And it is of course also possible that turning your computer off and on again is what fixed the issue.
