Lillybug2 Your dxdiag lists an Nvidia RTX 2080, so it's definitely there physically. Please make sure it hasn't been disabled in software though. Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, and right-click the Nvidia entry. If you see the option to enable it, click that and restart your computer; if you see the option to disable it, it's already enabled.
Since DDU is freezing your computer though, I would strongly suggest a repair install of Windows:

This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 14 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.
Once you've done this, and it shouldn't take all that long, try DDU again.
