Game is stuck on loading screen

I've tried everything to fix this, my game just freezes, i cant even get into the main page, if i minimise the screen it then loads and then freezes. My mouse freezes and nothing works! 

I've restarted my computer, repaired like million times, uninstalled and re-installed. I've bought a 4TB external harddrive incase it was a storage issues NOTHING! PLEASE someone help! I've even just downloaded the base game only to see if that will load and NOPE!
