When I get in my sims game nothing pops up, like the bar at the bottom, I can't switch the sim I'm playing as or anything, all that pops up is the gameplay and the top bar but it doesn't work. I thought that I downloaded a mod or cc that was making it like that but I deleted them all, and it still doesn't work. I can't exit the game either, so every time I try to leave I have to completely turn off my computer, I've tried like everything and can't figure out what to do
@777sierra777 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
