tinylilpalette Are you seeing BlueScreens when trying to play Sims 4? They're definitely happening; the question is in what context.
For the game issue, is OneDrive running on this computer? If so, whether you deliberately use it or not, please try pausing syncing before you play. To see the option, right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, or perhaps hidden in the Tray (^ icon).
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what antivirus you use and whether you've installed the game through Steam. It sounds like you're playing through the EA App, but I'd like to be sure.
puzzlezaddictHeyya, not sure if i am spamming you with same replies, somehow the forum didn't capture my replies. I don't get any blue screens, the game simply doesn't load after the preparing game pop up finished loading. I do have one drive, gotten it signed out and paused syncing, issue remains. I only have windows security, showing "no action needed", no threat/risk detected. And yeap. playing through EA app. I have tried launching the game using the "run as administrator" as well but yea, still isnt resolving.
