Game loading is in progress bug game not playable

this bug happens on a new save game to

cannot save the game or go into build/buy and worlds and gallery

all mods are updated 

is this an issue that will get fixed in the emergency update?

    @Sophieee09  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether these problems are still present.

    If you still get the error, or your game still looks grainy, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

    I'd also like a screenshot or two of the graininess.

    also not since the new pack and update my sims game graphics look grainy

    i fixed the problem with the game not letting me go to build buy etc it was an broken mod that was the issue. but my game still looks grainy and if i want to minimize the game by pressing windows key is doesn't let me at all and the graphics go weird like the words in the game don't look smooth i still think its any issue since the new pack and update because i never had that problem before but if i change my refresh rate to default when its like that it goes back to normal but if it goes grainy again i changed the refresh rate back to 60 and it looks i fine again keep switching it back and forth

    the emergency update they are doing isn't till next week

    @Sophieee09  I'm sure it does, but that's not the question.  I need to be able to read a dxdiag from this computer to look for possible problems that would explain why Sims 4 isn't working.
