I've seen several other people having this problem, unsure if it's an update issue or what. Waiting for a solution. So far based on recommendations, I've reinstalled the game, repaired it, removed all mods, given it a clean folder, installed updated drivers, etc. Nothing has fixed the issue. Flagging this for updates/so you can follow the other comments:

I see, I thought it was my app or laptop problem, glad its not🤫 now to think of it I'm suspecting it to be the update issue as well. I usually dont update and just repair the game unless the repair option is not available.
