Game not launching
I've tried the clean folder approach and it's not working for me. I not only can't get past the black screen, I can't even force the app to generate a new folder. Repairing in the EA app doesn't help...

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
What security software are you using ?
The DxDiag is attached. I've removed my computer's name for privacy but I doubt that matters. I use Avast Premium Security.
