Game not loading after Windows update - Again 🤬

I'm sick of this.  It's always, "disable your mods", etc.  I don't have mods.  I just want to play the game, not be a computer programmer.  I always waste at least a month of my life trying to fix this and lose everything I created only to have to start again.  I'm seriously sick of not being able to count on being able to play the Sims when I click on it.

    Same here!! So sick of Sims 4 with EA. With this update, I can't get the game going at all. No custom content!! All folders in the cache, etc....are cleaned out. Have REPAIRED TWICE!!! NOTHING!! WHAT NOW??

    same happening to me I got it to work recovered saves then got error 34 when I removed all mods out of game driving me mad it must be a windows issue. someone on a video said on pc/laptop make a new user move sims folder to it
