Game Opening But Not Showing

Hello!

I have been having this issue for months. The game will start, and I can see that it has loaded in the little preview window when I hover over the icon, but the game won't open on the screen. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, uninstalled and reinstalled EA, moved to the version on Steam, taken the mods out and launched it without them, and nothing has changed. I got rid of OneDrive a long time ago, but it worked after that just fine. This issue started in January and I have tried everything I can find to fix it but nothing has worked.

Please help!

If the game still doesn't work, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
