tsis4piracy There is a very specific issue causing white screens on a certain type of laptop, which is most of why it's more common than a black screen these days.
Anyway, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know whether it's feasible to test on a standard build of Windows rather than a beta build. If you can't easily revert for whatever reason, that's fine, but it would be a useful test.
I'd like to know what kind of install this is as well: EA App, Steam, Epic, mixed, or something else.
